(Caracas, 12 de abril de 2026 – MundoUR).- La cápsula Orión, que trajo a la Tierra a los astronautas de la misión Artemis II tras orbitar la Luna y amerizar el pasado viernes, es expuesta en el buque USS John P. Murta; el cual estuvo presente en las labores de recuperación tras su reingreso al planeta.
El amerizaje de Orión en el Océano Pacífico fue a las 8:07 pm del día viernes donde, luego de más de hora y media de maniobras, se logró la extracción de la cápsula de los cuatro astronautas sanos y salvos, así como la recuperación del artefacto con una especie de balsa para arrastrarlo hasta el buque y llevarlo al puerto.
